How long does a custom piece take?

Timelines vary depending on the design and complexity of the piece. Once the design is approved, most custom work is completed within approximately 2–4+ weeks. Simpler pieces may be finished sooner, while more intricate designs may take longer, particularly during busier periods.

I don’t have a design in mind, can you help?

Sure, most custom pieces begin this way. We guide you through ideas, references, and design directions to help define what your piece will become.

Can I use my own stones or jewellery?

Yes. Existing stones or heirloom pieces can often be incorporated into a new design. If you are looking to rework older jewellery more extensively, we also offer a dedicated remodelling service.

Do I need to know what metal I want?

No. We will guide you through suitable metal options based on your design, wearability, and aesthetic direction.
